This document governs the purchase of products via the website www.sprintade.it.
The user is required to read this document carefully before sending the order for the products.
These general conditions of sale are also made available for archiving purposes by the user.
Application of the general conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are accepted upon confirmation of the order by the Customer.

Product description
The presentation of the products is faithful to that shown on the packaging.
The visual representation of the products, if available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the actual product. However, the photographic reproduction on the site has only the purpose of presenting the product for sale without any guarantee of its full correspondence to the real product.
In any case, the Customer and the Consumer must rely exclusively on what is stated on the packaging before using the product. Trendful Italia declines all responsibility in the event of errors or omissions in the online product descriptions.
Likewise, the Customer and the Consumer are required to check the expiry date shown on the packaging. The mistaken sending of packages with deadlines that cannot be used for any reason gives the right to the sending of new packages of the same type.
In any case, no distinction is made between “best by” deadlines and peremptory deadlines, this is to give even greater guarantee regarding the product purchased.
Price of products and validity of offers
The price indicated is in euros, including VAT.
The invoiced price is the one declared at the time of placing the online order, however prices may vary over time and may also undergo increases.
The products are available while stocks last.
The customer acknowledges that the site can be accessed by multiple people at the same time, so it is possible that the same order is placed by multiple people at the same time. When the system receives the order, it checks the actual availability of the product which will then be confirmed through an email communication to the Customer’s inbox.
Only by accepting the order will the sales contract be considered concluded.
Should the Customer be charged for an unavailable product, Trendful Italia will promptly inform the Customer by offering a purchase voucher, or at the Customer’s choice, a refund of the amount paid within 15 days of the transaction.
Payment
Payments in execution of the purchase contract may be made at the Customer’s choice via PayPal, if delivery takes place in Italy.
Paypal: Payment via PayPal will be made to Trendful Italia. PayPal allows you to make payments by accessing your account or even by credit card or prepaid card, to all users who do not yet have an account and need to make payments through the service. The payment channels accepted by PayPal are Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Postepay and Aura. In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order, the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount relating to the order is charged to the PayPal account or to the selected credit card. In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance on our part, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s PayPal account or to the selected credit card by the third day following the cancellation of the order . Any delays in the release of the sums will depend exclusively on the Paypal system. At no time during the purchase procedure will the Seller be able to know the Customer’s financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No computer archive of our company contains or stores such data. For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Non-EU countries
Prices for non-EU countries are indicated excluding VAT.
Each order placed on the site and delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to any taxes, customs duties or documentation that are imposed when the package is delivered.
These rights, taxes and documentation related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility.
Trendful Italia is not required to carry out any checks on customs duties, nor the applicable taxes, nor any documentation required.
Therefore, anyone who places an order on the Trendful Italia website from a non-EU country is considered to all intents and purposes an official importer and is required to respect all the laws and rules of the country in which you receive the goods.
We also specify that cross-border deliveries may be subject to an opening and inspection procedure by customs, for which Trendful Italia evidently has no responsibility.
Order changes
Once the order has been confirmed, it is immediately sent to the warehouse for collection, so it will no longer be possible to modify it.
Product delivery
The delivery times of the products indicated on the site are purely indicative and not guaranteed.
No responsibility can be attributed to Trendful Italia for failure to comply with this deadline, since in compliance with current legislation the delivery of the products must take place within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Verification of products upon delivery
Upon delivery of the products by our courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not tampered with, not damaged or otherwise altered.
Any anomalies or damage to the packaging and/or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier under penalty of forfeiture. In these cases, the Customer will be able to accept the products with “reservation” justifying the reason: for example “damaged package”. Otherwise, no complaint will be accepted.
The Customer also undertakes to report to Trendful Italia any anomaly of the products no later than 24 hours after delivery of the same.
Packages not delivered by our courier
These are packages that have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: recipient unknown, unclaimed, refused, damaged during transport, tampering…
- Return reason: “UNKNOWN RECIPIENT / ADDRESS ANOMALY”
These are packages returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: The recipient does not live at the indicated address.
Following receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, Trendful Italia will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed with the refund.
Trendful Italia, in any case, reserves the right to proceed with a refund rather than resend the order if more than one item is found to have been returned to the sender with an unknown recipient.
- Return reason: “ABSENT / NOTIFIED”
These are packages that have not been collected by the customer at the courier’s headquarters or at the delivery point within the established deadlines.
Once following receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, Trendful Italia will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed with the refund of the order depending on the customer’s choice.
- Return reason: “REFUSED”
Upon delivery, the customer refused the package.
Following receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, a purchase voucher will be credited to your customer account within 72 hours of the return of the package. It is possible to request the cancellation of the purchase voucher and the related refund in the “ACCOUNT” section.
In the cases described above with the exception of the “absent recipient” case, Trendful Italia does not guarantee the reservation of the items ordered and may, if necessary, proceed directly with the refund of the order if the product or products are not available.
In the event of failure to deliver the order and return of the goods to our premises, the customer will be charged for the relevant transport costs incurred.
Therefore, any refund, in the event of advance payment, will have a reduction in the related transport costs incurred.
Responsibility
For each phase of use of the site such as access, consultation, execution of the order etc., Trendful Italia declines all responsibility for inconveniences or damages deriving from the use of the Internet and totally unrelated to the obligations and precautions adopted.
Warranty
Consumer customers enjoy both the ordinary guarantee provided for by the rules of the Civil Code and that specifically provided for by the Consumer Code.
In addition to the guarantee provided for defects in the item sold, Trendful Italia is responsible towards Customers in accordance with articles. 130 and 132 Legislative Decree. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments. for any lack of conformity of the products existing at the time of delivery.
The consumer customer loses the rights recognized to him by the art. 13., paragraph 2, Legislative Decree. 206/2005 if he does not report the lack of conformity within 2 months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
The consumer can assert his rights by contacting Trendful Development Italia S.r.l. directly. by sending a registered letter to the address indicated in the introduction.
Right of withdrawal
The Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from when the Consumer Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by him, acquires physical possession of the products.
In the case of a contract relating to multiple products ordered by the Consumer Customer, in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by him, acquires physical possession of the latest product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer Customer is required to inform Trendful Italia by means of an explicit declaration to be sent by registered mail or certified email to the addresses indicated in the introduction within the period indicated above.
Effects of withdrawal
If the Consumer Customer withdraws from the contract, Trendful Italia will refund all payments made, including delivery costs, within 14 days from when the withdrawal notice was received.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless he has expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund may be suspended until the goods are received, or until the Consumer Customer demonstrates that they have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
The Consumer Customer must send the goods back or deliver them to Trendful Developmente Italia, Via Taro snc, 00015 Monterotondo (RM) no later than 14 days from the notice of withdrawal.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Consumer Customer.
Exclusion from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases: (i) if the goods are tailor-made and/or clearly personalized; (ii) if the goods are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (iii) if the sealed goods, opened after delivery, are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection; (iv) food products sealed once opened; (v) if the goods, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods; (vi) products
sealed audiovisual or computer software, opened by the consumer; (vii) newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Consumer Customer cannot under any circumstances exercise the right of withdrawal with reference to the Food Supplements purchased through the Site if these are opened in any way and/or the safety packaging inside which the packaging is stored has been tampered with. packaging of the product, in compliance with the rules dictated by the Consumer Code.
Free products
Any free gifts included in the order may vary depending on availability at the time the order is processed.
Invoice request
If you wish to receive an invoice, you will need to fill in the relevant fields when placing the order by correctly filling in the billing information.
The invoice can be requested by the following subjects:
- VAT number holders
- Entities similar to companies without VAT number obligation but holders of a numeric tax code.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site, visual or audio, including the technology that supports them, trademarks, any intellectual work, distinctive sign or name, image, photograph, text, writing, graphics and more generally any other intangible asset protected by law and by international conventions regarding intellectual property and industrial property are and remain the exclusive property of Trendful Development Italia S.r.l. and its assignors.
Any type of hypertext link that refers to the Trendful Development Italia S.r.l. website is prohibited. such as framing techniques, deep-linking, in-line linking or other techniques.
User data
Trendful Italia is committed to respecting current legislation on the protection of personal data. For any information on the storage, use and processing of user data, please refer to the privacy information available on the site.

Requests for assistance with orders can be forwarded via email, or by calling the telephone number indicated in the introduction.
Complaints must be addressed in writing, via registered letter with return receipt to Trendful Development Italia S.r.l., Via Vincenzo Bellini 22, 00198 Rome, or via the pec address trendfulitalia@legalmail.it
Applicable law, alternative dispute resolution and competent court
The relationships arising from the contract are governed by Italian law.
If the Customer is a consumer, any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the distance selling contract will be under the territorial jurisdiction of the reference court in which the Customer has his/her residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the State Italian.
In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Rome.
